Signing Ceremony between The Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Federal republic of Germany concerning Agreement on Financial and Technical Cooperation 2013
The Negotiations between the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Development Cooperation in December 2013 results in organizing the Signing Ceremony concerning Agreement on Financial and Technical Cooperation 2013 on Tuesday, July 23, 2014. The budget amounted 47.05 Million EUR (about 64 Million USD) has been committed to support three priority areas such as Health, Rural Development and Governance namely Gender, Public Administration Reform and Sub-national Democratic Development which are also national prioritized sectors as outlined in Rectangular Strategy Phase III of the RGC.
