Profile of Korea ODA Loan (EDCF) to Cambodia to Date 12 loan projects in a total amount of about USD 342 million have been financed by EDCF:5 loans have been closed and 7 are ongoing projects 6 loans with total amount of about $187.44 million were for road sector 2 loans with total amount of $45.4 million were for water sector 2 loans with total amount of about $51 million were for IT sector; and 1 loan with amount of nearly $28 million was for Vocational Training 1 Loan with amount of nearly $30 million was for Sewerage System |

Measuring Development Results MEF with the participation of DPs (ADB, JICA, WB, and Korea also participated in some sessions of the review) is updating the Standard Operating Procedures for Externally Financed Projects. The updated Manuals are expected to be issued under a new Sub Decree in the 1st Quarter of 2012

Measuring Development Results
MEF with the participation of ADB, JICA and WB conducts the Joint Annual Country Portfolio Performance Review to measure the performance and results of their respective portfolios. Participation of Koreas representatives in this annual exercise can provide a good opportunity to harmonize performance measurement practices. |
