នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១០កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំច សំរឹទ្ធិស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦២ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការគណៈកម្មាធិការនីតិសម្បទានិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សា អភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (គ.ជ.នា/ក.អ.ក) បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកជំទាវ Baek Sook Hee អនុប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិ ការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ - KOICA ប្រចាំការិយាល័យកណ្ដាលនៅទីក្រុងសេអ៊ូល និងលោក Jeong Yun Gil ប្រធានតំណាង ទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICAប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ។ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូ ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅ និងអបអរសាទរដល់លោកជំទាវ Baek Sook Hee ដែលត្រូវ រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េតែងតាំងជាអនុប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICAប្រចាំការិយាល័យកណ្ដាលនៅទីក្រុងសេអ៊ូល ។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា លោកជំទាវ Baek Sook Hee ជាអតីតប្រធានតំណាងទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICAប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៣-២០១៦ ។          ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយោបល់គ្នាលើរបៀបវារៈ ដូចខាងក្រោមៈ            - ពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកន្លងមក            - អាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដូចមានចែងក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចតុកោណ - ដំណាក់កាលទី៤            - គោលនយោបាយថ្មីឆ្ពោះទៅទិសខាងត្បូងរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ (New Southern Policy)            - កំណត់អាទិភាពសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនាពេលអនាគត ។        សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ មានភាពរីកចម្រើន និងកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ ។ ជាក់ស្ដែងទំហំហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការ អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផ្លូវការរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េសម្រាប់ចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា មានការកើនឡើងគួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់ ។        រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ On 15 March 15, 2019, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) His Excellency Chhieng Yanara, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and the Secretary General of the Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CRDB/CDC) hosted the Courtesy Call of Her Excellency Baek Sook Hee, Vice-President of KOICA Headquarter and Mr. Jeong Yun Gil, Country Director of KOICA Cambodia Office. His Excellency Minister Chhieng Yanara warmly welcomed and conveyed his congratulation to Her Excellency Baek Sook Hee on her being promoted as Vice-President of KOICA by the Government of the Republic of Korea. Be informed that Her Excellency Baek Sook Hee was the former Country Director of KOICA Cambodia Office during 2013-2016 . During the Courtesy Call, the two parties discussed and exchanged views on the agenda as follows:        - Review the progress of the cooperation        - Discuss the priorities of the Royal Government as articulated in the Rectangular Strategy – Phase IV        - Discuss the New Southern Policy of the Republic of Korea        - Identify the areas of cooperation in the future. It should be noted that the cooperation between the two countries have been improved and more comprehensive. Specifically, the volume of the Development Cooperation extended by the Government of the Republic of Korea to contribute to the Cambodia’s socio-economic development has increased noticeably.        Phnom Penh, 15 March 2019
