នីតិសម្បទា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកម្រិតរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃវេទិកានយោបាយ
កម្រិតខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ក្រោមប្រធានបទ ការផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចជូនប្រជាជន និង ការធានានូវបរិយាប័ន្ន និងសមភាព នៅ
ទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នាទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ក ។ ក្នុងវេទិកានេះ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាបានរាយការណ៍អំពីរបាយការណ៍ត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាក់ជាតិ
ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦-២០៣០ ។ របាយការណ៍ត្រួតពិនិត្យនេះ
បានបង្ហាញពពីវឌ្ឍនភាពល្អរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការអនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពចំពោះគោលដៅអាទិភាពទាំង ៦ រួមមាន
១) ការអប់រំប្រកបដោយគុណភាព ២)ការងារសមរម្យ និងកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ៣) ការកាត់បន្ថយវិសមភាព ៤) ការលើកកម្ពស់សកម្មភាពបរិស្ថាន៥) សន្តិភាព,
យុត្តិធម៌ និងស្ថាប័នរឹងមាំ និង ៦) ភាពជាដៃគូ ។ របាយការណ៍ក៏បានបង្ហាញផងដែរថា ៤២% នៃគោលដៅទាំង ១២ ផ្សេងទៀត
បានប៉ាន់ស្មានថាអាចសម្រេចបានមុនពេល ឬតាមការកំណត់ ។ ក្នុងន័យនេះដើម្បីសម្រេចបានគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានដាក់ចេញការងារអាទិភាពដូចជា៖
ក) ទទួលស្គាល់ពីមហិច្ឆតារបស់គោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា និងចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ២០៥០
ខ) ការកៀរគរធនធានសម្រាប់អនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា
គ) ការពង្រឹងគុណភាពទិន្នន័យ និងប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យ តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃ
ឃ) ការកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងកសាងសមត្ថភាព

ទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ក, ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩

On 16 July 2019, H.E. CHHIENG YANARA Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, Secretary General of the Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia led the Cambodian Delegation to attend the Ministerial Segment in the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development on the theme of Empowering people and ensuring inclusiveness and equality at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. In this forum, the Cambodian Delegation reported the Voluntary National Review (VNR) on the implementation of the Cambodia Sustainable Development Goals 2016-2030. The VNR reveals the RGC impressive progress toward implementing priority goals including 1) equality education; 2) decent work and economic growth; 3) inequality; 4) climate action; 5) peace, justice and strong institution; and 6) partnership. It also demonstrates that 42% of the remaining 12 goals are ahead or on track. The RGC priority works to achieve CSDGs include:
a) Recognizing the ambition in CSDGs and Cambodia Vision 2050
b) Resourcing/financing the CSDGs
c) Improving data and M&E mechanism
d) Continuing management and capacity reforms
