គណៈកម្មាធិការនីតិសម្បទា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Seán Canney រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី
ទទួលបន្ទុកធនធានធម្មជាតិ កិច្ចការសហគមន៍ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យឌីជីថល នៃសាធារណៈរដ្ឋអៀកឡង់ ។ ជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងារនេះផ្តោតសំខាន់
លើការបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអៀកឡង់ពិសេសលើវិស័យកំចាត់មីន និងបេក្ខភាពរបស់អៀកឡង់ជាសមាជិកមិនអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃក្រុម
ប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិឆ្នាំ ២០២១-២០២២ ។ ការបោសសម្អាតមីនជាអាទិភាពមួយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហើយបានដាក់បញ្ចូលជា
គោលដៅទី១៨ នៃគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា ២០១៦-២០៣០ ។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក៏បានបង្ហាញជំហរក្នុងការគាំទ្របេក្ខភាព
របស់អៀកឡង់ជាសមាជិកមិនអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិឆ្នាំ ២០២១-២០២២ ផងដែរ ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្តជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោក Mourad Wahba ជំនួយការអគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជា
ជាតិនិងជាជំនួយការប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រង់កម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UNDP) ។ ជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងារនេះផ្តោតសំខាន់លើរបាយការណ៍
ត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាក់ជាតិដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦-២០៣០ ដែលបានរាយការណ៍
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកម្រិតរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃវេទិកានយោបាយកម្រិតខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ក្រោមប្រធានបទ ការផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចជូន
ប្រជាជន និង ការធានានូវបរិយាប័ន្ន និងសមភាព នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នាទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ក ។ លោក Mourad Wahba បានកោត
សរសើរចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការបញ្ចប់របាយការណ៍ត្រួតពិនិត្យនេះ និងវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍
ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជាហើយUNDPនឹងបន្តគាំទ្ររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលបានរំលេចនៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍នេះ ។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានទទួលស្គាល់ពីមហិច្ឆតារបស់គោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ២០៥០ ហើយបានកំណត់
ការងារអាទិភាពដូចជា ក) ការកៀរគរធនធានសម្រាប់អនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា ខ) ការពង្រឹងគុណភាពទិន្នន័យ
និងប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យ តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃ និង គ) ការតៀមខ្លួនឈានចេញពីប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច ។ ស្របតាមបរិការណ៍នេះ UNDP
នឹងបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ខ្លួនលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងចងក្រងទិន្នន័យ ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពត្រួតពិនិត្យ
តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃ និងការរៀបចំក្របខណ្ឌ និងកៀរគរហិរញ្ញប្បទានសម្រាប់គាំទ្រដល់ការអនុវត្តគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពកម្ពុជា ២០១៦-២០៣០ ។

ទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ក, ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩

(New York) On 17 July 2019 in New York, H.E. CHHIENG YANARA, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, Secretary General of the Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development of the Council for the Development of Cambodia had a bilateral talk with H.E. Seán Canney, Minister of State for Natural Resources, Community Affairs and Digital Development. This bilateral talk focused on the strengthening cooperation between the two countries and possible further support to mine clearance in Cambodia and Ireland’s candidacy for non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council 2021-2022. It is important to note that mine action is Goal 18 of the Cambodia SDGs 2016-2030. The RGC reiterates its firm position toward Ireland’s candidacy in the UNSC.
Excellency Minister Attached to the Prime Minister continued to have a bilateral talk with Mr. Mourad Wahba, Assistant Secretary General of the UN and Assistant Administrator of UNDP. This bilateral meeting focused on the 2019 National Voluntary Review (VNR) on the implementation of the Cambodia SDGs 2016-2030 which was presented in the Ministerial Segment in the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development on the theme of Empowering people and ensuring inclusiveness and equality at the United Nations Headquarters in New York recently. Mr. Mourad Wahba acknowledges the RGC’s effort in finalising the 2019 VNR and the impressive progress in implementing the CSDGs. The UNDP continues to be an active counterpart that supports the RGC in addressing challenges identified in the VNR. The RGC recognizes the ambition of the SDGs and the Cambodia Vision 2050 and identifies priority works including 1) resourcing/financing the CSDGs 2) improving data quality and M&E systems and 3) preparing for the
Cambodia LDC graduation. In this context, the UNDP will continue providing technical support in developing data capacity, strengthening M&E system and preparing financing framework and resource mobilisation for implementing the Cambodia SDGs 2016-2030.
