សេចក្តីជូនព័ត៌មាន Press Release
(ទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន) នារសៀលថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ១៤រោច ខែកត្ដិក ឆ្នាំកុរ ឯកស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៣ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន ឯកឧត្ដម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់ស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រវាងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េនិងបណ្ដាប្រទេសអាស៊ានចំនួន ៥ គឺ កម្ពុជា ឡាវ មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា វៀតណាម និងហ្វីលីពីន ។ ផ្អែកលើក្របខ័ណ្ឌអនុស្សារណៈនេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ បានសន្យាបង្កើនការបើកផ្ដល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ឱ្យបានទ្វេដងដល់បណ្ដាប្រទេសអាស៊ានទាំង៥ ដើម្បីអនុវត្ត គោលនយោបាយភាគខាងត្បូងថ្មី ដោយផ្ដោតលើអាទិភាព ៥ គឺៈ ១- ភាពជាដៃគូលើវិស័យឌីជីថលសម្រាប់កិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ២- ការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំថ្នាក់ឧត្ដមសិក្សាដើម្បីអនាគតប្រកបដោយវិបុលភាព ៣- អនាគតសហគមសន្តិភាព មេគង្គ-សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ៤- ការកសាងទីក្រុងវៃឆ្លាត ដើម្បីប្រជាជន និងភពផែនដី ៥- ការសាងសង់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធប្រកបដោយបរិយាប័ន្ន ដើម្បីធានាកំណើនប្រកបដោយតុល្យភាព ។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ គណៈកម្មាធិការនីតិសម្បទា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជានៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នឹងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយភាគី មិត្ត ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យកម្ពុជាទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ជាអតិប្បរមាពីការអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់នេះ ។ នារសៀលថ្ងៃដដែល ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក៏បានបន្តដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចូលរួមវេទិកាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ។ នាឪកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិន ដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍របស់កម្ពុជាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដើម្បី រក្សាសន្តិភាព ។
ថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ១៤រោច ខែកត្ដិក ឆ្នាំកុរ ឯកស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៣ ទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩
(Busan) On Monday Afternoon 25th November 2019 in Busan, Republic of Korea, H.E Chhieng Yanara, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, has signed on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia on MoU on Development Cooperation between Republic of Korea and 5 ASEAN countries such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Philippines. As articulated in this MoU, the Government of the Republic of Korea commits to double its ODA for these 5 ASEAN countries to implement New Southern Policy. The focus of supports under this MoU will be as follows: 1- Digital Partnership for Inclusive Development 2- Higher Education for a Prosperous Future 3- Korea-Mekong Future Peace Community 4- Smart Cities for the People and Planet 5- Inclusive Transportation for Balanced Growth. In this regards, Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia shall continue its effort in cooperating with Korean counterparts to ensure that Cambodia will benefit at maximum from this MoU implementation. In the afternoon of the same day, H.E Minister continued leading Cambodian delegation to attend 2019 Development Cooperation Day. During the ceremony, H.E Minister was invited as a member of panel discussion to share Cambodia’s experiences related to development cooperation for sustainable peace.
