       (ទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន) បន្ទាប់ពីបានចូលរួមចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់ ស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ និង បណ្ដាប្រទេសអាស៊ានចំនួន៥ និងចូលរួមទិវាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០១៩ស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៅទីក្រុងប៊ូសាន នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១៥រាច ខែកត្ដិក ឆ្នាំកុរ ឯកស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៣ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានឆ្លៀតឱកាសជួបពិភាក្សាការងារទ្វេភាគីជាមួយលោកជំទាវ Lee Mikyungប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ ។
           កិច្ចពិភាក្សាការងារនេះផ្តោតសំខាន់លើរបៀបវារៈ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
             - ការពិនិត្យលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកន្លងមករវាងកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ
             - ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទស្សនៈស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនាពេលអនាគត ។

      សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ភាពជាដៃគូរវាងប្រទេសទាំង២ ត្រូវបានពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តរួមគ្នានូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រភាពជាដៃគូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៦-២០២០ ដោយផ្ដោតលើវិស័យអាទិភាព ៤ គឺ វិស័យហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ, វិស័យទឹក និងសុខុមាលភាពសាធារណៈ, វិស័យអប់រំ និងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ។ ក្នុងន័យបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយភាគីមិត្ត គណៈកម្មាធិការនីតិសម្បទា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានសហការពិនិត្យ និងរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រភាពជាដៃគូថ្មី ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យការប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានកូរ៉េនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានសង្គតិភាពជាមួយ អាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដូចមានចែងក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចតុកោណ - ដំណាក់កាលទី៤ និងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ ឆ្នាំ២០១៩-២០២៣ ពិសេសរួមចំណែកជួយកម្ពុជាឱ្យសម្រេចបានគោលដៅជាប្រទេសមានចំណូលមធ្យមកម្រិតខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៣០ និងជាប្រទេសមានចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ។

(Busan) In the occasion of MoU Signing Ceremony on Development Cooperation between Republic of Korea and 5 ASEAN Countries and 2019 Development Cooperation Day which were held in Busan, Republic of Korea, on Tuesday Morning 26th November 2019, H.E Chhieng Yanara, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, held a bilateral meeting with H.E Madam Lee Milyung, President of KOICA. The main agenda of this meeting was:
           - To review development cooperation between Cambodia and Republic of Korea
           - To exchange view on future cooperation between two countries.

It should be noted that the partnership between the two countries has been strengthened and broadened through joint implementation of Country Partnership Strategy – CPS 2016-2020 by focusing on 4 priority areas such as Infrastructure, Water Management and Public Health, Education and Rural Development. In order to further strengthen cooperation partnership, Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia has closely worked with Korean counterpart to review and prepare an updated draft Country Partnership Strategy to ensure that ODA extended by Republic of Korea is well-aligned with the Royal Government's priorities as articulated in Rectangular Strategy – Phase IV and National Strategic Development Plan 2019-2023, importantly to contribute to achieving Cambodia's goal of becoming an Upper Middle Income Country by 2030 and a High Income Country by 2050.
