1).Managing for development results, monitoring and mutual accountability: Further Action

• Improve quality of planning and resources allocation at national and sub national level focus on sub-sectors
• Strengthen capacity and system through CD plan
• Continue to develop result based M&E system for all sub sectors based on Result Based sub sector plans.
• Promote education SWAp through programmatic approach Pooled funding.
• Working toward  more analytical annual sector review report
• Strengthen coordination and planning at Sub national level

2).Use of PBA to promote development effectiveness and strengthen country system : Further Action

• Ministry 5 year strategic plan starting from 2001 is a result based plans, and the dialogue is driven by the results. The six core breakthrough indicators shape our works and prioritize our resource allocation.

• Systems are most appropriated focus of capacity support and strengthening includes quality of plan, result based M&E systems, programmatic pooled funding, and FM and Procurement.

• DPs use and strengthen MoEYS systems as follow: planning, EMIS, Joint annual sector review and report, SOP.

3).Partnership and Dialogues mechanism:
Further Action

• Ministry is a member of education regional committees and attend regional and global knowledge sharing events.

• Maintain the current quality of policy dialogues.

• Further discussion on CDC/CRDB database is required.

• CDC/CRDB could facilitate cross sectoral dialogues and information sharing between TWGs.
