Basic Principles for 2006 JMIs
- JMIs must be
based on RGC's priorities outlined in the NSDP.
- For each target,
responsible government institution must be identified.
- A realistic
timeframe must be established taking into account capacity of the
concerned government institution and complexity of the issue.
- The financial and
human resources required must be identified as well as the source
of these resources.
