Basic Principles for 2006 JMIs

  • JMIs must be based on RGC's priorities outlined in the NSDP.
  • For each target, responsible government institution must be identified.
  • A realistic timeframe must be established taking into account capacity of the concerned government institution and complexity of the issue.
  • The financial and human resources required must be identified as well as the source of these resources.
