Six Month Progress Report of the Joint Technical Working Groups
For the Period:  December 2005 - May 2006

This questionnaire on progress made by each Joint Technical Working Group is requested by the Secretariat of the Government-Donor Coordination Committee (GDCC). It should be completed and submitted to the Secretariat of the GDCC before 29 May 2006. It will be used to prepare a summary progress report for the seventh GDCC Meeting scheduled to be held on 14 June 2006. Please return the completed questionnaire to H.E. Mr. Chhieng Yanara at CDC/CRDB in both soft and hard copies.

An important element of NSDP implementation is for the LMs to prepare sector and sub-national plans consistent with NSDP priorities. MOP has requested LMs to undertake the activities and inform in case any assistance is needed from MOP. The respective TWGs should provide support to the LMs in preparing sector and sub-national plans in time. ...........................................................................................................

B.    Progress on Joint Monitoring Indicators

i. NSDP monitored annually

The NSDP Monitoring Framework has been developed through interaction between Government and has been forwards to EDPs that to be discussed in the TWG core group meeting . The framework includes the time frame of reporting progress (using reporting format that covers core indicators and qualitative assessment) by LMs and agencies and preparation of NSDP annual progress report reviewing NSDP implementation.
