A. Progress in Implementing TWG's Action Plans

B. Progress on Joint Monitoring Indicators

If there are any Joint Monitoring Indicator(s) agreed at the 1st CDCF in June 2007 that fall within the mandate of this TWG, please list the JMIs below and indicate progress that has been made toward achieving the JMI targets. Please take care to indicate if resource needs or appropriate timeframes still need to be identified.

	MoP has endorsed a sector plan (the Ministry of Planning Strategic Plan, MPSP) including a sector MTEF	all EDP working with the MoP should now provide joint support to the MPSP
	MoP is preparing the annual update of the three year rolling PIP	in cooperation with the MEF the PIP should be synchronized / harmonized with and become part of the budget process

D. Resource Mobilization

Please provide details of your TWG's resource mobilisation efforts since the June 2007 CDCF meeting (including identified resource needs, actual commitments and source of funds, and remaining gaps) and the extent to which these resource mobilisation efforts are linked to an Action Plan or sector programme that includes a budget framework for programming resources and activities within the domain of the TWG. MoP endorsed the MoP Strategic Plan in July 2007 and organized a workshop on Program Bases Approaches (PBA) (in cooperation with CDC/CRDB and "Train for Development") in July/August 2007 in order to have a PBA for Planning & Poverty Reduction (PPR), but so far donors did not come up with joint support to the MPSP (including TWG work).
