Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of the RGC’s Action Plan on Harmonisation, Alignment and Results (H-A-R)

Prepare annual report on progress made in implementing the RGC's H-A-R Action Plan for presentation to Cambodia Development Cooperation Forum (CDCF)

Establish a mechanism to coordinate and facilitate the implementation of the RGC’s H-A-R Action Plan for 2006-2010 CRDB/CDC Lead Facilitator(s) P&H TWG

Mechanism established, based on routine reporting by TWGs to GDCC.

Task in 2007 will be to produce the Aid Effectiveness Report (AER) for CDCF.

Structure (concept note) of AER to be discussed in P+H TWG. Should include many of the activities included in this plan (e.g. PIUs, predictability)

Identify, promote and facilitate the implementation of global best practices

5 Each development partner provides to CRDB/CDC reliable indicative commitments of aid over a multi-year framework and disburses aid in a timely and predictable fashion according to agreed schedule (B.2.c.1)
